Do Not Call Policy

American Helping Hands (AHH) complies with laws and regulations and is committed to protecting and respecting consumers’ rights to privacy.

American Helping Hands has established and implemented written procedures to honor consumers’ requests that they not be called, and appropriate personnel have received training. Procedures include consultation of both the National Do Not Call Registry and internal Do Not Call List prior to making any telephone solicitation.

Telephone calls to consumers with whom American Helping Hands has an established business relationship are permitted unless they have asked to be included on the internal Do Not Call List.

No unsolicited facsimile solicitations will be initiated.

Consumers may request a copy of this Policy. Upon receipt of request, we will send a copy via U.S. mail or electronic mail within thirty (30) days. If you have any questions or comments regarding American Helping Hands' Do Not Call Policy or Privacy Policy, contact:

Preventing unwanted calls

American Helping Hands - Internal Do Not Call List

American Helping Hands maintains a record of the name and telephone number(s) for consumers who do not wish to be called. Upon request, consumers’ telephone number(s) will be added to AHH’s internal Do Not Call List within five (5) business days of receipt of such request. This record will be retained for at least five (5) years.

Consumers can be added to the AHH Do Not Call list by submitting their information via an online form or by calling AHH's toll-free number at 1.877.275.7317.

Consumers are responsible for notifying American Helping Hands of any changes in name or telephone number if they move or wish to place a new telephone number on the American Helping Hands internal Do Not Call List, or if there is more than one telephone line or number that they wish to place on the Do Not Call List.

Federal Trade Commission - Do Not Call List

Consumers may place their telephone number(s) on the National Do Not Call Registry by calling 1.888.382.1222 or online at the FTC's Do Not Call website.

Direct Marketing Association - “Telephone Preference Service.”

In addition, the Direct Marketing Association also offers a free service titled “Telephone Preference Service.” Consumers may register for this service online or by sending a written request to:
